Protective Covenants and Restrictions (PCRs) for Parts One, Two, and Three

Verified Claims for Parts One, Two, and Three were developed; signed; and recorded that renewed/extended PCRs for all three Parts to March 25, 2047.

Seeking Input on Current PCRs for Parts One, Two, and Three

Asking for input from WWHOA homeowners on what PCRs they would like to delete and/or add from current PCRs for all Parts. Input is due by May 31, 2026.

Past Meeting Minutes

At least annually, and at such other times as may be necessary, a meeting of the lot owners shall be held. The purpose of the annual meeting is to elect Board of Directors (3 lot owners serve 1 year terms) for the ensuing year; approve budget and annual dues for the ensuing year; review minutes and old business; review current year-to-date income and expense; and new business.
