2025 WW HOA Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting was held December 9, 2025. The 2026 annual dues will be $250. Dues notices to be mailed out early January and must be paid by March 31st to avoid $25 late fee.

Fire Hydrants & Storm Sewers

During the winter season, please make sure fire hydrants and storm sewers are clear of snow.

Past Meeting Minutes

At least annually, and at such other times as may be necessary, a meeting of the lot owners shall be held. The purpose of the annual meeting is to elect Board of Directors (3 lot owners serve 1 year terms) for the ensuing year; approve budget and annual dues for the ensuing year; review minutes and old business; review current year-to-date income and expense; and new business.
