Protective Covenants and Restrictions (PCRs) Voting for Parts One, Two, and Three

Voting forms for potential changes to PCRs for Parts One, Two, and Three were sent out electronically to Windsor West homeowners on August 28, 2026. Please return your completed PCR voting form by September 30, 2026.

Past Meeting Minutes

At least annually, and at such other times as may be necessary, a meeting of the lot owners shall be held. The purpose of the annual meeting is to elect Board of Directors (3 lot owners serve 1 year terms) for the ensuing year; approve budget and annual dues for the ensuing year; review minutes and old business; review current year-to-date income and expense; and new business.
